As an associate at Fried Frank, you’ll have the opportunity to work with well known, high-profile clients on significant matters and transactions, alongside lawyers who are recognized leaders in their practice areas. You’ll also have plenty of opportunity to contribute and your voice will be heard. Our collegial and collaborative culture values the insights and perspectives of associates at every level.  All associates have the opportunity to join our Associates Committee which meets on a bi-monthly basis to discuss issues of importance to associates.  This Committee also meets with the Chair of the firm twice a year to discuss any ideas or suggestions for change.

 

We encourage you to choose your own path, but we’ll help you achieve your full potential. From your first day, you’ll be assigned to one or more multidisciplinary teams for specific client projects. As you discover and develop your career path, we’ll invest in you and in your career, and help you develop the knowledge, skills and experience you need to reach the top in your chosen area. We also have a full time Career Development Manager who will support you on your career journey, offering confidential support and direction.
